The horizontal folding movement of these high-speed doors ensures that the entire passage height is immediately released. The F series doors open at high speed and exhibit extremely high load capacity. They protect against noise and draughts and reduce energy consumption thanks to their good thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

EFAFLEX high-speed folding doors, which are mainly used to close buildings, are a feature of modern industrial architecture. Thanks to the extraordinary variety and with individual design, the door can be adapted to any façade.

Folding door for exterior and interior use

The EFA-SFT® perfectly combines functionality and aesthetic qualities. Thanks to its patented modular construction, the door is easy to service and maintain. The doors, especially the large ones, are equipped with special bumpers to provide additional stability to the closed leaves.

From the outside, everything is a facade

In terms of possible fittings, the EFA-SFT® is the most varied high-speed door by EFAFLEX. There are many possibilities to optimally adapt the EFA-SFT® to every facade - leaf pitch, rung arrangement and infill are variable. The surface of the leaf can be anodised on request in the colours shown in the table, or powder-coated in all RAL colours.

Internal qualities also count

The EFA-SFT® is made of aluminium and steel, a combination that meets the highest quality requirements. The load-bearing elements of the EFA-SFT® are made of galvanised steel sheet as standard. The leaf is made of anodised, stainless steel aluminium and has an integrated single-layer pane of acrylic glass, which allows plenty of daylight into the building. Available as an option, double-layered insulating glass glazing provides excellent thermal insulation for these doors.

No longer a surprise: EFA-SFT® sets the pace

Even an EFA-SFT® with a width and height of several metres can reach speeds of up to 2.5 m/s. In buildings, this advantage enables processes to run smoothly. Outdoors, this tremendous opening and closing speed helps to save energy efficiently.

Strength and reliability

The F series doors are fitted with a robust pneumatic drive as standard. This drive has proven itself tens of thousands of times and has been refined to perfection. It can effortlessly achieve one million load cycles. If you do not have a compressed air supply, we can also supply the door with an electric motor....

Closing with a button, even from a distance

The EFA-SFT® door can be equipped with a convenient remote locking system. It is operated at the control cabinet or via an external key switch. If required, the door can be unlocked manually using a lever.
