Slim air curtain

The Slim air curtain is a device that prevents uncontrolled air flow by creating an invisible air barrier. Its main function is to isolate the room from external factors such as cold, heat, exhaust fumes, dust or insects. The Slim air curtain comes as standard in white or black. However, thanks to its design and construction, it can be manufactured in any RAL colour.

Product description

The air curtain is equipped with a motion sensor that activates the unit when it detects movement in the environment, so that the air curtain itself knows when to operate. No additional door sensor or automation is required. The Slim air curtain is designed to fit 99% of door openings. Thanks to the unique design and components used, in silent mode, the noise level generated does not exceed that of a conversation. The unit is available in three lengths: 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m and in three versions: with water exchanger, with electric heaters and without heat exchanger (so-called cold).

The unit is a Plug&Play installation as standard, thanks to the built-in buttons on the side of the unit and the motion sensor, but Slim is also adapted to operate as part of the FLOWAIR intelligent SYSTEM. The centrally controlled units know exactly when to operate, resulting in a number of cost savings. The T-box controller with touchscreen display, which is the brain of the SYSTEM, is also the control of all units from one place.

Plug &play

The unit has a built-in control that allows automatic operation in relation to the signal from the motion sensor. This ensures that the air curtain knows when to operate. Buttons located on the side of the air curtain allow for quick and easy change of the operating mode.

Improving air quality

The unit is designed to work with an external filter module, which improves air quality and protects the unit from the ingress of dirt and other contaminants into the room.

The Slim air curtain is designed to be unobtrusive. It operates quietly even in the highest gear.

The unit fits 99% of doorways - it is the narrowest curtain on the market with lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 2m equally.

The Slim air curtain, thanks to its design, minimalist appearance and quiet operation, is ideal for use in service and aesthetic facilities. In addition, the motion sensor and built-in buttons make the unit virtually maintenance-free.

Application

The Slim air curtain is suitable for areas where doors open frequently. It can be used in medium-sized buildings such as sports halls, markets and shopping centres, as well as in smaller premises such as shops, hotels, offices and service establishments.

FLOWAIR SYSTEM, or intelligent control

As standard, the Slim air curtain has built-in buttons for automatic adjustment of the unit in relation to the signal from the motion sensor.

The air curtain is also suitable for control by TS automation and can operate as part of the BMS and FLOWAIR SYSTEM, i.e. intelligent control for responsible energy management in the facility.
